Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) & Nutritionist
Certified Sports Dietitian (SDA)
With a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics, I am a registered Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist, and a certified Sports Dietitian (SDA). My practice is centred around “nutrition therapy,” where I create a warm, welcoming environment that encourages clients to enhance their nutritional health and foster a positive relationship with food, mind, and body.
My passion for nutrition ignited early in life when my mother introduced me to the book “Foods that Harm & Foods that Heal.” This inspiration has driven my commitment to understanding how food influences wellness. As a mother and fitness enthusiast, I recognise the challenges of maintaining healthy eating habits amid a busy lifestyle.
I aim to provide practical, evidence-based nutrition advice that improves diet quality, supports muscle function, manages gastrointestinal symptoms, aids digestion, reduces inflammation, and boosts energy and immune function.
I specialise in assisting individuals facing functional gut disorders, including Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), as well as those dealing with chronic bowel disturbances, chronic disease management, metabolic health, disordered eating, mental health, and bone health. My goal is to empower clients to achieve their health objectives through personalised and effective dietary strategies.
