Registered Psychologist

For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for helping people be the best version of themselves. Through my own life experiences, I have come to understand that our strengths come from the moments in life when we feel the weakest. Working as a Psychologist, I put the knowledge gained from these past experiences into practice and work with individuals to break through their barriers, and provide individuals with the right tools to succeed in their own wellbeing journey.

I am a registered General Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency, and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC-MH). I have previous experience working in private practice and in correctional settings treating adolescents and adults presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns. Working in the fitness industry for years, my strengths lay in the ability to motivate people and understand the relationship between psychological and physical wellbeing.

I take a collaborative approach in the healing journey which is guided by the individual’s needs and treatment goals. I draw on multiple frameworks including but not limited to CBT, CBT-E, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and motivational approaches. I see young adolescents and adults, my interests include, but are not limited to

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Disordered eating
  • Eating disorders
  • Emotional dysregulation
  • Self-harm behaviours
  • Adjustment disorders
  • Stress related disorders
  • Managing Burnout
  • LGBTIQ+ matters
