Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) & Nutritionist

I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences and a Master of Dietetic Studies from The University of Queensland. My approach is rooted in collaboration, empowerment, and the belief that every person deserves to feel confident and at ease in their relationship with food.

I work from a non-diet and Health At Every Size (HAES)-aligned perspective, supporting clients to nourish their bodies without judgment or unnecessary restriction. Whether I’m helping someone navigate a health condition, optimise their performance, or simply feel their best, my focus is on building sustainable habits grounded in compassion and evidence-based practice.

I see nutrition as more than just fuel- it’s a powerful part of our psychological wellbeing, cultural identity, and social connection. By bridging the gap between science and everyday life, I aim to give clients the understanding and tools to make meaningful, lasting changes in ways that enhance both health and enjoyment of food.

I have a special interest in supporting clients using GLP-1 medications (such as Ozempic or Mounjaro) for weight loss or diabetes management. While these medications are effective, they can also present nutritional challenges. As a dietitian, I help you prevent malnutrition, manage side effects, and ensure you meet your nutrient needs for optimal results and overall wellbeing. Working together, we can improve your health outcomes and make your treatment more successful.
