I am a Holistic Psychotherapist with a strong commitment to supporting individuals navigating life challenges. With almost a decade of private practice in the Redlands backed by 25 years’ experience in the communications sector, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-informed care to individuals, couples and young people aged 12 and older.

My professional interests include supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, emotional regulation, stress, life transitions, relationships and neurodivergence including ADHD and AuDHD. I recently completed certification as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) reflecting my ongoing commitment to the provision of evidence-based interventions for families and couples with ADHD.

I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to pursue their individual goals. My approach integrates a range of therapeutic modalities including the work of Byron Katie, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Trained in holistic counselling, I draw on gentle enquiry techniques to support personal insight and growth. I utilise breathwork techniques studied in Northern India to support grounding and incorporate somatic approaches including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or tapping to prevent anxiety and support well-being.

In relationship and couples work, I utilise a psychobiological approach, acknowledging the influence of attachment patterns, family background, and past relationship experiences. I am committed to inclusive practice and welcome LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse families.

In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I am a Reiki Master and teacher from the Usui Ryoho lineage. Reiki is a Japanese therapeutic approach aimed at supporting overall balance and wellbeing and is offered as an option within my holistic practice.

I am a registered member of the Australian Counsellors Association (ACA) and offer rebates through some health funds. I am dedicated to ongoing professional development. My practice is informed by respect, open-mindedness, and a person-centred philosophy.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and walking my Cavoodle. Mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork are central to both my personal and professional ethos.
