I am a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and my practice is dedicated exclusively to supporting women and girls (ages 15+) through a range of life’s challenges. I am passionate about women’s mental health and wellbeing, and I strive to create a safe, empowering space where my clients can grow, heal, and thrive.

With experience in private practice, hospital, and correctional settings, I have cared for adolescent girls and women from diverse backgrounds and at different life stages. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational approaches, and, where appropriate, Enhanced CBT (CBT-E) and Maudsley Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adults (MANTRA). My style is collaborative, client-centred, and always tailored to your unique needs and goals.

With a strong background in the fitness industry, I understand the importance of integrating physical and psychological wellbeing. I support clients in ways that are both balanced and sustainable.

I have a particular clinical interest in supporting neurodivergent women and girls, including offering assessment and therapy for autism, especially in presentations unique to females. I am dedicated to ongoing professional development in women’s and girls’ neurodevelopmental needs.

I work with young women (15+) and adults. For eating-related concerns, I currently support clients who are in recovery or have a past history of eating difficulties and are seeking ongoing assistance in maintaining their wellbeing.

If you’re a woman or girl looking for compassionate, practical support, I am here to help. I am committed to providing a warm, empathetic, and collaborative therapeutic environment where you feel supported, empowered, and understood.
