From an early age, I have been fascinated by human behaviour and the many factors that influence how we think, feel, and act. I completed my Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) with Honours at Bond University in 2004 and have since dedicated my career to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children, adolescents, and young adults.

My professional journey has included experience across community and correctional settings, but it was my own journey as a parent that sparked a special passion for working with young people and their families. I am wholeheartedly committed to empowering young people to build resilience and develop practical skills for managing life’s challenges.

As a registered Psychologist with AHPRA, I take an individualised, neuro-affirming, and evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing on a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and the Circle of Security approach. I am also experienced in conducting ADHD and ASD assessments.

My aim is to provide a supportive and collaborative environment that respects each individual’s unique background, values, and needs.

My approach is warm, open, and values based. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, including those whose personal or family values are informed by faith. My own beliefs support my commitment to care, empathy, and acceptance, and I am experienced in working sensitively with families who may wish to integrate their spiritual values into the therapeutic process.

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults. I am passionate about working alongside families to help young people flourish. I look forward to supporting your family’s wellbeing and positive growth.
