As the Director of Zest Infusion, I am deeply honoured to lead a remarkable team of clinicians, each united by a passion for helping others rediscover their zest for life. I am immensely proud of the supportive, highly skilled, and values-driven team we have built—together, we share an unwavering commitment to compassion, integrity, and excellence in our work. For me, building a strong practice is fundamentally about building people. Our team reflects this belief, creating a calm and welcoming environment where clients feel safe, valued, and respected above all.

My journey in psychology began more than 20 years ago, fuelled by a steadfast curiosity and compassion for understanding the unique stories people share. Over the years, I have learned that our stories have the power to shape our lives, and it is a true privilege to support individuals as they find their voice and re-author their narratives in ways that are meaningful, authentic, and empowering.

Discovering my lifelong passion for psychology transformed my work from simply having a job to embracing a genuine calling—one that continues to evolve as I collaborate with both clients and colleagues to co-create knowledge, meaning, and growth. Watching Zest Infusion flourish over the past decade, and seeing the profound impact we have made together, has been beyond what I could have imagined. I feel immense gratitude every day for being able to work alongside an amazing team and to have the opportunity to help our clients thrive.

My career spans private practice, tertiary education, research and publication, both in South Africa and here in Australia—a country I’m proud to now call home. I am dedicated to lifelong learning, with special interests in mindfulness meditation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), hypnotherapy, positive psychology, and trauma-informed care. My approach is warm, values-based, and inclusive. I warmly welcome clients from all backgrounds, including those who wish to integrate their personal or spiritual values into therapy.

It is my hope that Zest Infusion continues to be a place of inspiration, growth, and support—for our clients as they rediscover their zest for life, and for our team as we strive to make a meaningful difference every day.
