I am a psychologist with dual Master’s qualifications in Guidance & School Counselling and Clinical Psychology. I support children, young people, adults, and families across Queensland, including metropolitan, regional, and remote communities.

My practice integrates creative approaches such as expressive (art) therapy and play therapy, combined with evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I aim to provide safe, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environments to assist clients in exploring feelings, processing experiences, and developing new skills.

I have experience in school and specialist settings, including psychometric assessment, intervention planning, and working collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals. I am committed to providing culturally responsive care and supporting neurodiverse individuals, as well as people experiencing trauma, anxiety, learning and social-emotional challenges, and adjustment difficulties.

As part of the Zest Infusion team and a participant in the Clinical Psychology Registrar Program, I engage in ongoing professional development and collaborative practice.
