At Zest Infusion, we believe nurturing the body begins with positive, compassionate support for your own nutrition journey. Our dietitians help people of all ages build a healthier relationship with food, mind and body. Whether you are navigating complex feeding or eating issues, living with a chronic health condition, dealing with digestive concerns, or simply wishing to improve your overall wellbeing, our team is here to offer guidance in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.
Below you can explore our key service areas:
Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating
We support people with all forms of eating disorders, including:
- Anorexia nervosa
- Bulimia nervosa
- Binge eating disorder
- Avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID)
- Other specified feeding or eating disorder (OSFED)
Our approach is non-diet, weight-neutral and trauma-informed. We focus on building a peaceful and sustainable relationship with food, free from guilt, shame or strict diet rules. We also help with disordered eating patterns and body image difficulties.
Our dietitians work closely with our psychologists, your GP and other healthcare providers, so that your physical and emotional wellbeing are looked after together.
Nutrition for Chronic & Complex Health Conditions
Managing a chronic condition can be challenging. Our dietitians have experience in nutrition support for:
- Diabetes (type 1, type 2 or gestational)
- Heart disease and high cholesterol
- Women's health (PCOS, menopause, pregnancy)
- Teen and adolescent nutrition
- Nutritional deficiencies and overall health
We offer up-to-date advice based on your circumstances, always with a focus on practical, realistic strategies you can sustain.
Digestive Health & Food Intolerances
If you are struggling with digestive issues, we are here to help you find clarity and confidence in your food choices. We support conditions such as:
- Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and gut-brain interaction disorders
- Food intolerances and sensitivities
- Coeliac disease, inflammatory bowel disease and other gastrointestinal conditions
Consultations include gentle, step-by-step guidance and clear explanations to help you manage symptoms and enjoy food again.
Nutrition Therapy for Clients Using GLP-1 Medications
Interest in GLP-1 medications for diabetes and weight management is growing. These medications are prescribed by your doctor, and they bring their own nutritional challenges: reduced appetite, gastrointestinal side effects, and the possibility of nutrient deficiencies.
Our dietitians offer tailored support to help you:
- Prevent malnutrition and manage side effects
- Meet your changing nutrient needs
- Maintain energy, wellbeing and a positive relationship with food
You will receive evidence-based advice and practical strategies at each step.
