During this 7-week program you will learn to reduce stress and rumination, manage anxiety and depression and living more in the present moment. Each session includes discussion of a mindfulness concept, formal and informal mindful meditation practice and homework tasks. While primarily building skills and attitudes of mindfulness, you will also meet others and build connections.
COST: $364 including handouts and a meditation audio. Medicare rebates may apply with a valid GP referral.
